Founded in 2004, the organization's purpose is to improve the economic, educational, social and competitive status of member businesses and member business associations through the offering of beneficial programs, services and seminars. It is further the intent of the organization to promote equality and parity for sole proprietor businesses with those having employees.

Category 2: Sole proprietors who work full time intheir business and meet the eligibility requirement for
